Charlie’s Bakery and Creamery (Facebook | Website) in Curry Ford West has just reopened after a brief closure to expand its interior.
The bakery was purchased in 2022 from its previous owners who ran it for 50 years. Tricia Hage, one half of the husband and wife ownership team, shared with us earlier in the month that the recent closure was to allow for the expansion of the shop, including a long-awaited seating area to enjoy their treats onsite.
A grand reopening event was held on Saturday, June 1.
Hage also added a creamery to the location when she first purchased it, selling some of the best ice cream in town. Side note, if a Bungalower Buddy member shows their keychain following the purchase of an ice cream cone, they can also unlock a special cookie.
